Romeo is a shooting guard that can't shoot. The odds were always high that he'd be a bust.
40 mil a year to play basketball. One of the reasons I don't watch the NBA.
That's the simplest and most accurate description of Romeo I've seen on this board.
Would you rather the NBA owners keep those profits?
Do you pay for ESPN and Fox Sports, CBS, NBC ABC etc...........

I don't think Romeo likes basketball all that much.
I get all those channels because I have a Comcast HD package. I can't help that. Without the HD package I don't get the B1G network. I don't watch any of them unless IU is playing on them.
My brother, who was a bigwig at Comcast, said there'd be a day a subscriber could pick the channels they wanted from a menu of options. Never happened. So I'm stuck with the golf channel, the tennis channel, live at the track, BET, toon network, OWN, food channel, CNN, MSNBC, TLC, HGTV, Chicago sports channels, Nickelodeon, etc. etc. etc.
If you're a cable subscriber, you're stuck with paying a regional sports fee. It's on your bill, and ESPN gets the lion's share of it.

I don’t watch it either. So if he plays the 82 game schedule he makes a little shy of half a million a game. If he plays two thirds of the game he makes around 30,000 a minute. That’s a joke. And I don’t want the owners to keep it. Just pass the savings to those people (who I can’t understand) pay too much money to watch them play.
