Truth is still that the few "elite" athletes out there go to the historically "have" programs.

We gotta make do with the "above average" - and ours need to make more plays than the other "above average" guys.

This is where our new Strength & Conditioning staff helps make up the initial pure talent gap. The good news is that some of those pure talent guys often don't feel the burning Drive to work and work some more to get stronger and faster (and why would they, they've always been stronger and faster than everyone else...). I like where we're headed...
