Weaver on peegs confirmed it.I hope his source is wrong as it makes little sense for him to transfer. He has to realize he won't be an OT at the NFL level and playing guard would be good for his NFL careeer.
I am surprised a little he won't just declare. He has 30+ starts for the NFL to see if his skillset can translate to guard.
And I don't know how many of these sources are wrong on the transfer portal.
He can be in the portal and still declare for the NFL. Either Alabama comes calling or its the draft for Coy.I am surprised a little he won't just declare. He has 30+ starts for the NFL to see if his skillset can translate to guard.

What a kick in the balls if he goes to PU.
Won't.What a kick in the balls if he goes to PU.
If he's going, I hope he does go to a contender. No one could fault him for that.Won't.
It's a CFB playoff team or the NFL for Coy.
But, awful either way because he's gone.
No it didn't.Wish him well but I mean the O-Line got better after the injury.
A true freshman took over his spot after the injury and the line didnt miss a beat. Would be great if he stuck around but if not, see ya.Wish him well but I mean the O-Line got better after the injury.
0%100% going to Purdue. Wants to play in his hometown I bet.
You guys do a lot of tooting up there. Most of it out your posterior.toot toot
Let’s say it is true.
Question then is why?
Will he graduate and now could obtain a masters in a field that is not a strength at IU.
Is there an issue with the coaches? ( To me that seem less likely but I have no inside info).
I cannot even think of a choice three.
he's not that good.If he's going, I hope he does go to a contender. No one could fault him for that.
Yeah, 4 year starters suck.he's not that good.
what i meant was, he's not good enough to start on a final 4 team. no way.Yeah, 4 year starters suck.
I guess we'll find out.what i meant was, he's not good enough to start on a final 4 team. no way.
We get it - you don't like Hiller.Hate to say it, but does he not feel like the OL coaching is what he needs to get to the NFL?
post season is for full evaluations of every coach on staff.
LMAO, the guy HATES, absolutely despises Hiller. I picked up on it a long time ago.We get it - you don't like Hiller.
Yeah I saw this, & my immediate reaction was: W T F? After some time to let it stew, my feelings about are: W T F.
Actually, it did. That's the main reason I'm not altogether bummed about it, more insulted, than anything. He was such a "spiritual leader" after his injury. Hmm....Wish him well but I mean the O-Line got better after the injury.
Oh I'm pretty sure this is accurate, but you're correct that it makes little sense. None, everyone has their reasons, but....this is strange, especially considering how he was considered such a leader, & so popular, & such a great representative of our program...it looks like a betrayal, to be blunt about it. .I do not get this at all, unless there's much more to the story than we know.I hope his source is wrong as it makes little sense for him to transfer. He has to realize he won't be an OT at the NFL level and playing guard would be good for his NFL careeer.
I agree but we have not heard his point of viewThis is a disappointing development. I agree with the others it has an insulting type of feel.
100% going to Purdue. Wants to play in his hometown I bet.
Gawd, can you imagine having to go to Purdue for even a semester and ride the bench?he would never get off the bench at PU. Too many injured players in front of him.

Not PU, possibly Iowa StateWith a recently rehabed lower leg I wouldn't want anywhere near that sand substrate grass toped field of theirs...
