It was not long ago Texas threatened to seceed, so yes, the left hates compromise.
What was the Tea Party position on compromise?
I don’t have a problem with any of that, provided the straw purchase provision isn’t something crazy.
Don't trust Congress nor the White House's input until you read the legislation they produce. Those leading on this aren't honest and almost none of them know enough about firearms to keep from hurting them selves but they don't know that details matter.
