He and Williams need to learn to play without the ball. They both try to make things happen prematurely. They won't wait for an opening, but rather try to force their way in. Neither are good enough ball handlers to do so. Both have high dribble habits and almost always lose the ball in traffic.
The reason for playing this way is usually about padding one's own stats. I think there's hope for Williams, not so sure about Stan, unless he changes his approach.
