Just prior to halftime Saturday, with Rutgers around the IU 35 and time waning, the Scarlet Knights' star receiver (who torched IU for 2 TDs last year in Piscataway and already had 6 catches and a TD in the 1st half of Saturday's game) flanked out to the wide side of the field. There he was confronted by a true freshman, in bump and run stance. IU had 2 deep safeties. Rutgers promptly converted a very well thrown pass into a TD when Caroo beat our freshman and the safety help did not arrive in time....

Is that deployment putting our players in the best position to succeed?

NO way I think so

KW a great offensive co-ordinator and a C+ / B- recruiter, but not a head coach

I take no joy in this conclusion
