I would think that we would all want a coach with a proven offense and defense system that works!!! Meaning a system that has proven itself to be successful!!! Bob Knight had the motion offense, and a tough man to man defense with zone principles! Here's the coaches that have a proven system that works:

2. TONY BENNETT
3. JOHN BEILEIN
4. BILL SELF
5. BRAD STEVENS
6. TOM IZZO
7. CHRIS BEARD (KNIGHT PROTEGE)
8. BO RYAN
9. MARK FEW
10. BILLY DONOVAN
Now this doesn't mean these guys are the only choice. If a EX-IU player such as Fife, Woodson, Whitman, Smart, etc is going to come in and say hire me and we will run a motion type offense, and same principles on defense as coach Knight, than we must consider them highly for the job!!!
