Chris Lemonis Pre-Big Ten Tournament Press Conference Updates

I'm at Bart Kaufman Field for IU head coach Chris Lemonis' pre-Big Ten Tournament press conference. I'll have updates throughout. Lemonis will be joined by Northwestern head coach Spencer Allen, Minnesota head coach John Anderson and Michigan head coach Erik Bakich.

Lemonis opening statement: "Thanks to our administration. We're very fortunate to be able to host this week." Mentions it as a great opportunity for exposure for program and city of Bloomington.

Minnesota, IU's opponent Wednesday at 10 a.m. ET, played five double-headers during the regular season as a result of inclement weather, according to Anderson.

Bakich says this is "the most stacked" the conference has been. Very close finish.

Lemonis on hosting experience from The Citadel: "It's a lot of fun if you're playing well, so that's my advice to our guys... You've got to get out there, and there's expectations and everything else."

Lemonis said IU is sticking with its regular rotation. Sophomore righty Jonathan Stiever will get the start tomorrow morning.
