Insightful. It's going to take a few years to get continuity in upperclass leadership. Duke and Kentucky proved having 5 star freshmen are no sure thing for championships. Team like Virginia,Texas Tech are becoming teams more valuable with experience and maturity.

I really think that a Rob Phinisee led team as a senior can be something special if Archie can put the right pieces around him.
