He should enhance the New Indiana as QB University with top-notch recruiting.
He said that his philosophy was: something to the effect of "if you loose a coach replace him with a better one"... I wasn't sure that was possible in this case but it looks like he might have actually done it...
Impressive resume' and impressive hire... The QB's shouldn't miss a beat and I expect we'll continue to build on this years results...

A little bit of Twitter sleuthing shows he is being followed by both Mendoza brothers.
He obvious helped make the right decision to bench Cousins for the remainder of the year and just fly with Penix. It looks like a very solid hire. Big Ten background. NFL experience.
