I'm getting excited about this season since it's 2 1/2 weeks away but the demons that haunt this program are creeping their way into the back of my head. I'm left thinking what happens if we aren't bowl eligible this year? Are we done with Wilson? Do we give him more time? How much more time? We haven't sniffed bowl eligibility in his 4 years here. We have some really nice players and we did last year as well but the one thing we didn't fix is having a viable backup QB. Unfortunately, one bad hit and it could be our downfall again. I'll give coach some slack for last season with the transfers of Roberson and Coffman but if that's our downfall again, I kind of have to wonder if he's the right guy for the job. There's no doubt he's raised the level of the recruits we bring in but is he maximizing their ability to help this team win? (Clearly yes for Tevin)
Having said all that, go IU. I hope we kick some a$$ this year. I would love to win at Purdue and to beat Michigan.
