Now that the current IU coach is defensively trying to draw hard lines amongst us followers, I’m curious what kinda fan I am… true? Disloyal? What are you? Why?
What is a “true IU fan” exactly? Someone satisfied with NIT? Swallows all PR and coach kool-aid? Adjusts expectations to feel better about results? Should be totally cool being the only P5 program currently w/o a fall recruit? Has no right to question the admin’s hires after 20+ years of mediocrity? Just blind loyalty? Blind faith? True to a fault?
Or… are there no faults? Just whatever happens, happens? Shut up and cheer? Unconditional coach love? Gimme a f-ing break…
