The BLM/Antifa riots are typically in cities run exclusively by Democrats. How can Detroit, Chicago, New York, Oakland, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Baltimore, Philly, St. Louis, DC, Minneapolis, and many others be a part of systemic racism when virtually every elected official is a Democrat?

If the mayor, city manager, assistant city manager, police chief, judges, DA, city council members, planning director, public works director, fire chief, and the rest are all Democrats, how can there be systemic racism? You have to believe all of these elected democrats are part of that racist system and either supporting/advocating it, or intentionally ignoring it. It defies logic and reason. Why? The notion of it predates current officials. It dates back to the genesis of many of these institutions. But there is still truth in what you write in those cities. What’s more many have been controlled by Dems for half a century or more and had ample time to address same. It’s a political talking point to get votes and raise money. BLM had on its original website all of its marxist goals which I believe now has been scrubbed. The ending of the nuclear family I believe was one of the main objectives of BLM. But BLM knew they had emotional woke white liberal women who all wanted to be part of the in crowd so they knew they were ripe for milking. It worked like a charm. But I have noticed in he suburbs there are very few if any BLM signs anymore. I wonder if even the white work leftist suburban women has figured out it was all a scam?

You may not hear as much now about Black Lives Matter as you did in the fateful year of 2020, but rest assured, it is still deeply affecting key aspects of our lives today.

The divisive critical race theory conflicts flaring across the country are a legacy of BLM. So is the crime wave that blights our cities, as are the race-conscious policies that President Joe Biden is signing into law.

Not bad for organizations founded by Marxists who set out explicitly to dismantle the foundations of American society.
