This is a projected power ranking. A lower score is better. I made a slight adjustment to how I calculate this week.

3. Wisconsin 8.33 (-1)
4. Michigan 14.33 (--)

Illinois beats Wisky in the upset of the season and doesn't move up? They also played UM tough for a while the week before.

They lost to Eastern Michigan at home. Other than Rutgers, the next four are interchangeable IMO.

Placement wise (ie..1-14), it looks good. #s wise, Iowa, IU & MN are too high....Neb, Purdue, MD, NW & Illinois are too low

Admittedly (and obviously) I am a Purdue fan, I got banned back in the spring during a Brohm-Allen debate but I’ve still been reading stuff here because I love to see what’s going on around the Hoosiers. I come in peace. This power ranking honestly sums up exactly the challenge IU and Purdue face in the BIG. IU is friggin 5-2, couldn’t ask for a better start record wise, and still somehow is in the bottom half of the conference power rankings?! It’s incredible, and if our records were flipped I’m confident Purdue would be no higher. The BIG is tough, but I can’t wait to see the day when both schools are in the top half and competitive on a much larger scale then just with each other and the rest of the lower tiers of the conference
