Back in the A10 where he had such great success at Dayton. I wish him well.
I still wonder in all of it and Archie at Dayton there were pics of his wife he was way in over his head with and I never heard anything, pictures from IU at games etc if there were other problems ?
Really? I don't wish him any ill and if he wants the job fine . Equating his kid's needing to eat compared to the real world? I don't picture him as dumb enough to not have enough$$$ stashed to never need work again from that perspective.
Him taking this job is actually losing him money, IU was still paying him until he got another job to offset the salary.
Also, considering the fact he was getting paid 4 million dollars a year to put forth the abysmal effort he did while at IU, I would say he's doing more than fine financially.
We don't know yet because I'm not sure they've worked out the contract but I would assume it's enough to keep his kids from the starving and homeless.

GD man the pictures were all over when Arch was hired. From their tournament run at Dayton I have no clue what your problem is . This is just stupid . I found it interesting that someone that was very obvious a spectator at Dayton games was never heard of at IU games
Well if you '' Didn't understand none of that'' You might want to check your own comprehension skills. But to assuage you the gist of my point was whether there were other issues involved with Archie like problems at home.
I've butted heads with Cray over at the Cooler, but know what he's saying here. Archie's wife was a smoke show and often shown on camera during Dayton games. Google her if you want and the Miller Time pic will come up.
Don't worry. It's rated G. Anyway, you never ever saw her on camera at IU games. Don't know why not. Just seems that family was never a fit from day 1. Too bad..

I kid. He was a little guy out there, though. And, he’s been nothing but complimentary toward IU since the departure. I think deep down he knows this was overwhelming for him and a pressure cooker.

So many of these coaches have wives who are absolute smoke shows. Hell, even Bret Beilema is way out of his league with what he’s got at home in Jen Beilema.
Took the words out of my mouth. Archie did not earn 10% of what he was paid. His children are now trust fund babies thanks to the ridiculous pack line defense.
He isn’t losing money - IU just doesn’t pay him as much (until his IU contract expires)
