Watching the 1995 NFC championship game, Dallas at San Francisco.

Had forgotten how good John Madden and Pat Summerall were. Also made me think of some of the other great sportscasters such as Curt Gowdy, Keith Jackson, Jim McKay, Chris Schenkel and Dick Enberg, among others. They were all such a big part of a great time.

I remember in college watching MNF with Howard, Don and Frank and how enjoyable it was. Meredith was pure entertainment.

Right. MNF was an event. Now, I can't remember the last time I watched a Monday night game and I can't tell you who the announcers are.
