Anybody paying close attention to the impeachment trial?

Oh the irony. The sweet sweet irony.

How so? If you think I I had put Romney and Trump on the same tier, you haven’t been paying attention. How many more times do I need to say where I placed a Trump in the field of GOP candidates?

I just got home from my very high paying job and I was happy to find out Trump is still my President!

There was a time when Mitt's vote would have caused me to think about his POV. There was a time when I thought he would have been an outstanding president. Then along came Pierre Delecto. Mitt threw all his cred in the dumpster.

It's truly amazing how much Romney has changed, turning into a radical wild man before our eyes. He sure has those Utah voters snowed. Guy has almost nothing in common with the principled conservative some around these parts insisted would have made a tremendous President. Meanwhile, COH totally hasn't changed his stances about Presidential power since the Kenyan socialist left the White House. Yup...Romney sure is the one who has changed.

I'll be honest. I voted for McCain,Romney, and Trump. All three votes were not enthusiastic. I voted for Trump in the general but had voted for Cruz in the primary. This time around I am enthusiastically voting for Trump because of what he has done for our country. We have a great economy. He is the first true pro life President who attended the recent RTL event. He publicly sides with Israel and has recognized Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel. He stands up to dictators and doesn't apologize for America. If I could vote tomorrow for him I would.

Lmao. All of it really, but who cares if he pays for abortions for his mistresses, as long as he attends a pro life event. He doesn’t stand up for Israel, he stands for his corrupt buddy Netanyahu. Why do you think if this is so important, the large majority of Jewish people detest Trump? Funniest of all is he stands up to dictators. He is without question Putin’s puppet and Kim Jung Un has played him like a fool. But you do you, Van. You always do.

!!@$!@#!!!!!
I looked to see what you were responding to and it made me sad. Not one thing in VDM post was correct. How can that much stupid be balled up into one person.
Well, he did recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capitol. So there is that . . . .

Whether that's a good thing is a matter of opinion . . . .

Far be it from me to condemn or even question anyone's religiosity. To each her own.

People can disagree on whether Jesus was more liberal or conservative in view of modern-day American politics. Probably he was a sensible collection of the positive views from both lacking the negative ones. What's clear to me, knowing Jesus and his teachings only from an unindoctrinated distance is that, for example, one doesn't need a gun to turn the other cheek.

It's also clear to me that any truth in one's religiosity is that truth, independent of any idols or utterances.

What I'm saying is, I don't question Trump's religiosity but it bears no likeness to that of Jesus. The same goes for a whole lot of folk masking themselves with a cross hanging from their neck.
