And the hits just keep on coming

You're absolutely consumed by hate. Your posts in "Jewish Community Under Attack" and other threads make that abundantly clear.

And who am I jealous of? You? Now that's funny!

Finally, when Danny and Lucy routinely like your posts, you know you've got a problem.
The posts (5) were fact based. There was no criticism, only facts.

You are envious of President Donald Trump, his success, his woman, his drug and alcohol-free family, and his overwhelming popularity with the American people.

American citizens were much happier, secure and peaceful than they are under this make-believe regime, which will come to a crashing end sooner than you think.

Mas delete that last paragraph. Doesn’t jive too well with last summer lol. Should be an easy edit

Oh man. I was going to pass on your post but this is just too good to let go.
1) Trump's success. Who knows how much (or little) money he's got at this point, but much/most of it will be burned on legal fees for the rest of his life. And the guy is staring down the barrel of a pending indictment or two.
2) His woman. I love this one! No question Melania's a looker but I highly doubt that her husband is, shall we say, leveraging that beauty anymore.
3) His drug and alcohol-free family. Maybe nobody's drinking, but don't tell me that the ex-prez, Junior and Kimberly ("THE BEST - - IS YET - - TO COME!!!!") Guilfoyle don't at least occasionally partake of some interesting substances.
4) Overwhelming popularity with the American people. Wait. Are you talking about the two-time popular vote loser, and only the fourth incumbent president since Hoover who lost his bid for reelection? You might want to rethink this one.

1) Much/most burned on legal fees for the rest of his life? If he's conservatively estimated to be worth 2 bil at a lawyer's fee of $1,000 an hour he's got enough dough to fund about 2 million hours.... equates to a pretty long life.

That $2 billion figure is unverifiable and very questionable.

But there's also this. Trump, I mean Dr. Bornstein, wrote that Trump was the "healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency." So he's probably good for another 50 years. Lol.

I watched a doc on him and they outlined his interest in certain real estate. Seems plausible. No clue how liquid he is tho. Yeah that diagnosis belies his waist

Just as an aside, mcm, and for what it's worth, I appreciate that, even after a fairly contentious exchange (in another thread) and a few personal barbs, you're still willing to talk and be civil. Have a good weekend and Happy Father's Day.

Of course. Politics are contentious but they are just one element of a person. I know you’re a good guy. I’d like to drag doc hoops behind a car when he posts. Cosmic too. But both are obviously good guys who I know we could all go drinking and watch a game and have a blast. That’s why I’ve never understood losing friends over politics. It’s just politics. Anyway right back at ya and have a great Father’s Day.

Everything he's got is leveraged to the hilt.

So you have more money, a hotter wife, and millions of fans across America?

Kimberly Guilfoyle is not one of his children.

Your envy and mendacity is sad

But I realize you can't be better...

Deja-vu all over again.

Another falsehood.

You 'progressives never disappoint.

Yet since you can't decipher between true and false, your post means about as much as what i flushed down the toilet.

Hope you enjoy disappointment since august will be just as bad for you as march. How are those false conspiracies going for you?

If Cohen is right about the inaccuracy of the valuations, Trump could well be leveraged far beyond the hilt.

I don't claim to know much, but I don't think commercial real estate is anything as close to as hot as is residential, and the Trump brand itself now puts a damper on things. If the generated revenue situation is reflected in the valuations, then that's got to have taken a hit. But the money owed on the other side of the ledger remains the same.

It's always been mostly smoke and mirrors - - and plain old bullshit - - when it's comes to Trump's supposed success. He lied his way onto the Forbes 400 list in the mid '80s, and he was basically a punch line in the '90s after the collapse of his casinos and his $1.2 billion in losses from '85 to '94. Then his parents died (translation: huge inheritance), he got "The Apprentice" gig, and he had liquidity again.

Trump has done well in Manhattan, but any idiot can make money in Manhattan real estate if they've got the cash to put down and, thanks to Fred, he did. Most of his other ventures have failed, and some failed spectacularly.

His strength has always been branding - - licensing his name and getting it plastered to buildings he doesn't own. After his loss in the 2020 election, with all the controversy swirling around him, and the legal jeopardy that he's facing, I've got to think the value of the Trump brand is plummeting.

"I don't claim to know much....". You're right, you don't.

When valuations go up - which they are/did, and the 'other side of the ledger remains the same', the debt ratio goes down.

Commercial real estate isn't as hot as residential, but it's still up, disappointing the "Trump is Broke" crowd. How many years have they been bleating that?

He's hardly broke. But I'm reminded of something Marco Rubio said a few years back. If it wasn't for Trump's daddy, and the hundreds of millions of dollars Donald inherited, he'd be selling watches on a street corner in Manhattan.

I never watched one second of his show, and every time he comes on my TV screen as POTUS, IPOTUS, and FPOTUS, I can't turn the channel fast enough. Something about his voice, and his face while he talks, turns my stomach.
Yes people definitely have extreme emotional responses. All his “it’s the best golf course ever made” schtick i always found funny. To me just an entertaining full of shit guy who ended up President, and in retrospect wasn’t equipped for it

He's the loudmouth at the end of the bar who everyone knows is full of shit, but he's fun to point and laugh at. He manages to pay his tab but never buys a round.
