I would say he looked for the tougher play instead of the easier one, offensively, so his main objective became defense and he would drift in and out of defensive committment, which led to Woody not trusting what he would get from him.

Offense wasn’t set up to complement him. He for sure had to hunt for shots and force them, especially from 2. Those were almost all bad from him at IU. Never had problems with him shooting threes though.
