Thanks for the reminder. Embarassed to say, I didn't realize it was D Day until after lunch when I saw your post.
Very disappointed that there wasn't much mention or programs on TV last night on the event.
PBS had some stuff leading up to it. I recorded a few of them.
Still have one to watch called Omaha Beach: Honor and Sacrifice. Another one was Three Days in June and talked about the role Ireland played.
Can't cover D-day, daily mass shootings, or actual sedition charges when there's bellyaching to be done about a trans swimmmer or two winning a trophy once every few years.
