Hard to learn much in a short scrimmage, but it was good to see Hunter and TJD score easily and be active. Good to see Smith make a mid-range jumper.Durham and Bybee made 3s. Sort of troubling that our 2 seniors and 3 probable starters were held out due to soreness.

Hunter could get to the rim or get a shot at any time. Will be good to see him get back into the flow of playing. That step back turnaround was pretty sweet.
Someone tweeted they almost cried when he made that shot! Durham looked good and willbe great off the bench or another shooter in a 3 guard lineup.

Hunter puts a lot of air under his shots and actually used the backboard quite nicely!

Was nice to see him be active. I would think if anyone was going to be held out from general soreness it would have been him.

That's a great sign.

I think Hunter will have some ups & downs. But more ups Than some think on here..I saw him in high school..He's deffentlty gotten stronger..And it a legit 6'7..He's has a lot of length..

As are you so....
The difference is my success isn’t directly related to communication with, motivation of, and inspiring 18-22 year olds in efforts to win basketball games.
But you are correct, I am somewhat of a bore...but Im not the one to worry about here.

It feels like we had high energy, mr. excitement on the mic...and we're still on the long and winding road.

I ain't got answers here...just that observation.

I like Archie over Crean.
Thats fine and all...but I prefer IU hire a coach that can win more than Crean.
So far, Archie hasnt, and a 10th place B10 prediction w 3 missed tourneys doesn’t make this year look to be the year either.

And I prefer posters who don’t have emotional issues...

I wish they would all go back to midnight. Was so much fun as a student. In addition, the scrimmages lasted over an hour back then.

It doesn't "look to be the year either" is based on predictions? Yeah... that's smart. How about this... I predict a first place B10 season followed by winning the NCAA tournament. See? Archie is a GREAT coach!

So is Bill Cosby
I know how folks in our area would respond to you. "He's from the Pittsburgh area and Cosby is from Philly." We are in a Pittsburgh fan base area. When the Eagles won the Super Bowl I assumed everybody at church would be excited about it. Nothin! I suppose if Purdue won the NCAA title and an out of state pastor was in my hometown of Washington it would be the same way. He might assume since it's an Indiana school that they would be excited too.

That is just nutty!

The difference is my success ...
