This team is focused, and has fully bought in to one goal. Win the big ten tournament. They all said they could do it on Thursday, and have shown that they can play with anyone in the country to cement their rightful place in the dance.

I told @Jim Coyle before Thursday’s game that Iowa was the scariest team in this thing. The twins are both going to the league, and Iowa looks like a real final four threat.

The Hoosiers D is what is gonna win this game. An all out effort to guard the three point line and dare them to bring it into the paint.

Your Indiana Hoosiers are playing on Saturday of champ week ladies and gents. Spark one up, this shit hasn’t happened since I was a senior in High School. I’m damn near 37!!!

Can’t fall into their trap early. They won’t care if we score early in the clock. It’s time to pound the shit of them. Race and Trayce should have huge games as long as the guards are patient

Keep an eye on the money line early, because it might move the other way today. The first 2 games it got better closer to tip-off. I'm happy with anything north of +200, so I'm getting mine in right away. Good luck today!

Putting TJD on the move more in the pick and roll with X and Galloway had done wonders against the bigs of Mich and Ill. TJD is overmatched is size at times but he is always faster and more athletic which really shows on the move.

And when we are putting him with his back to the basket he seems to be making much quicker moves and going around bigs instead of going over them.

Really like some of the subtle adjustments we have made down the stretch here.

TJD gets 30 against the zone? They better be ready to get rebounds. I expect them to dare us to shoot. Everyone better be ready to shoot it. They will get looks.

This game will be tougher than the last. Iowa zones a lot so those nice ISO plays and the pick n role won’t be there as much.
 
This is a really hard one to call. We do seem to matchup well but they're playing about as well as anyone in the country. I wouldn't be surprised if we won by 10 or lost by 20.

TJD even hit a bona-fide jump shot in crunchtime, and go ahead free throws in a one and one! It felt like I was dreaming!

+140 and +200. Cashed $1440 on yesterdays game... I think it was. I've got a guy on-site handling my bets this weekend and he talked me into MSU +140 yesterday too. Didn't do too much with it, but he's been hitting everything he picks during conference tourney's. Waiting to see if he likes anybody else today

True but also TJD will not be outmatched from a physical standpoint either. Pick and roll will not work as well but we will certainly have opportunities for him to win his match up and crash boards for easy points.

For TJD I personally think it will be key for him to be willing to slide out to 15 feet, receive a pass, and make a quick move to the basket.

High/low with him and Race could also be big.

And as you said above, shooters need to be ready to let it fly!

I bet they throw a bunch of different defensive looks at us, not just zone. They are not athletic and shitty at D. Only way to disguise that is to throw a bunch of junk balls. TJD should be living above the rim today. That dude is so explosive. Dunk on the whole freaking team!!!!

Lol... Yeah he's my bitch this weekend :) I hurt my knee and am up to my crotch in an immobilizer right now. Dude's there everyday anyway, so I offered him $50 to be my runner this weekend. Sucky time of year to not be able to go myself though. The atmosphere here in the dungeon just ain't the same as a sportsbook during tourney time.

Yeah these teams are a real interesting matchup. Iowa fan here who likes what Woodson has done with his team this year. Indiana did a great job of getting Keegan Murray in foul trouble in the first game. Kris Murray ended up having 29 in that one.
I would imagine Iowa will play a good deal of zone. If Indiana makes a good % of 3's and doesn't turn it over, they have an excellent shot at winning. The game in Iowa City, Indiana turned it over on nearly a third of the possessions and allowed Iowa to rebound 45% of its misses.

Oh and the crowd will basically be an Indiana home game today.

Any F uck IU chants last night Tubby? I see a few of your fans got their pik'mups to make it all the way to the Biiiig City. They traveled almost as far as Ivy. Hopefully they cleaned the pig shit off of their boots before they entered GF because the hometown crowd needs it clean by 1:00.

Your hatred for PU board is something not healthy. lol

I actually would rather see PU. I think we beat them in the final with a higher likelihood than MSU. MSU gets hot in March, PU fizzles.

This will be a very tough assignment. We don't handle the trapping press very well at times, especially a 2/3 or 1/3/1.

The team is focused and there will be as you say 15K IU fans in full throat.

I am keeping the money rolling but this is a toughy.
