With 19 returning starters and the addition of Carpenter, Matthews and Anderson through the transfer portal, why "ha"?
Joel Klatt had us at #7 and Stewart Mandel had us #16, I believe. My bet is that we are ranked #11 preseason. We really need Jerome Johnson back!

Honestly, I think it sounds about right. But we need to take the 30,000 foot view from ESPN with a grain of salt. For example, of the "key additions" they have listed, it includes Rashawn Williams, Tim Baldwin, Luke Haggard, & Dylan Powell.
It is good to see IUFB getting attention as one of the top teams in the country in off-season polls. Now the team will have to prove it in 2021.
McMurphy's early top 25 had IU between 26-40. Only listed his next 15 alphabetically.
Ha was towards the pre, pre, pre, preseason part.
The Cincinnati game will be interesting next year. Both teams felt slighted. Both teams have a lot coming back. I’m surprised their QB is coming back. So far their coach is still there. It will be one of the more important preseason games.
