Why does the right do this to themselves? They always set themselves up for failure and keep going back to the same well that they already knew was an outhouse pit.
But hey remember, this is such a horrible economy that the same people who pay for this media garbage and complain about made-up lies and fraud are the same ones who are funding the lies and fraud being fed into them.
They also can't afford to eat, but branded bibles and gold sneakers are reasonably-priced, and a donation to a convicted felon is an investment.
The right deserves every loss they get.
I just finished watching some ultra-MAGA youtube video. I clicked it on because the thumbnail said something like GOP Senators finally show some backbone...
Naturally I assumed it referred to some of the wishy washy non-Trumpers coming out of the closet and calling out the convicted felon. But of course it was the opposite, the guy was saluting them for supporting Trump...
OK, stupid enough but fair play.
But then I heard the guy say something that imho encapsulates why MAGA went from being in total control of the seats of power (POTUS, House and Senate) on election night in 2016 to losing all 3 a mere 4 yrs later. They haven't won a single meaningful election since then, because frankly America isn't buying what they're selling...
Anyway the guy was complimenting GOP Senators for growing a backbone (though I'd argue the opposite) and he actually praised them for, in a direct quote the fact that" they're finally willing to stop PROGRESS in the Senate".
Now maybe that's a misspeak on his part. But I honestly think it's more of a freudian slip revealing the difference between ultra-MAGA types and the rest of us. Most of us have no desire to live in the 19th Century, we think PROGRESS is good. And we don't want to elect people to Govt that are against PROGRESS...
Speaking of typos, his headline reads REPUBLICANS SENATORS REVOLT. Now I'm no grammar NAZI, but it does annoy me when people don't at least proofread the title of their video before posting...
