Why would you take your team to the locker room. They should of stayed on the floor to experience the history. What did Miller tell them at a half tine that was more important than experiencing the return?

Good question...whatever they talked about at the half didn't result in much. It would have been better if the team could have watched a piece of IU history.
Dead wrong! Not the same as seeing it live, getting that feeling. Maybe it would have finally lit a spark in the team about what it means to be a f$@#ing Hoosier. Many coaches (Coach K being one of them) have talked about how kids don't care about what jersey they are wearing, what school they are playing, it is a selfish game, scoring points, dunks, blocks, 3 pointers, getting on SportsCenter, etc. Those Duke players didn't care when they lost last year & should have had an undefeated season. Yes, this was about Bobby's return, but also showed the spirit in the arena of Hoosier fans. A good portion of the fans at the game (as well as current players) were not born when RMK coached. Those fans just know IU won during his time coaching and that is what they want again. They showed appreciation for a coach who won championships for the school, put banners on the wall, created what was supposed to be a legacy. That is what they want & quite frankly expect - to WIN! ...but that possibility is fading fast.....
Don't know what Miller might have told them but can't really imagine any coach letting his team watch a ceremony at halftime. Have you ever seen that happen in any high-level game in any sport?
Yes.........it was crucial that he tweak the D so that on the 1st play of the 2nd half a Purdue player didn't drive right down the middle of the lane for am uncontested layup.......................Oops.
Might as well they sure as hell aren't going to MAKE any of their own history, well maybe first IU team to miss 4 consecutive NCAA's in 50 years.
