yea there wasn't alot of wind so they guys were hitting driver and two putt pars on like 5 holes each round
It was a record. But scoring at St. Andrews is usually a little lower than many other venues since it is so damn small / short a course. If you happen to get better than average weather there, then par is always a bad score for a round. they trick it up to some extent with tough pin placements, but no other course gives you so many driveable par 4s.
