I can't believe A Man For All Seasons isn't on the list. One of my favorites. Regardless, it should be included on any list of movies to be seen during one's life.
For a serious Academy Award Winning movie, A Man for All Seasons does not have the expected reviews. For example, it is 83% fresh by the critics. Normally critics love the serious movies even if slower paced.
Even if it is a slower movie, it probably deserved to make the list. Titanic made the list and the audience starts to root for the sea after the 18th hour of that movie.
Way too many Jerry Lewis movies on the list. It makes me think they had to have judges from France who compiled the list.
