Rivals.com National Director of Basketball Recruiting Rob Cassidy was in Montverde, FL talking to Liam McNeely yesterday and he joined me on ISB Radio today (1:13:00).

Rob thinks a decision is imminent for McNeely in the next two weeks and he feels the Hoosiers are in a better place for Boogie Fland than some would think.

Bootsie White was White’s real name, ironically a Black man seen photographed erroneously as a White John Ritter on the official IU roster site. Both James “Bubbles” Harris and Bootsie teamed together in the backcourt during the ‘70-71 season. Bootsie was only 5’-8”. I remember watching another Lou Watson player, Harry “Butch” Joyner from New Castle. Let us never forget Emmett “Branch” McCracken’s best shooter, James “Jimmy” Rayl, aka, the “Splendid Splinter” from Kokomo.
