    My first lucid memory of IU was the ‘87 championship celebration at my folks house. I was about 6 years old. That party made quite the impression. Later in ‘89 I recall watching Jay Edwards buzzer beater over Michigan on TV. Those were fun years up until about ‘96.

    Call it a hunch, but I think it’s going to be tough to keep Sparks off the floor. Not sure who he plays over and at what position etc. but damn he plays hard and physical.

    Key to season

    Guard depth and outside shooting are the keys to the season. Foul trouble and/or injuries in the backcourt would be disastrous for this team. Does anyone need a reminder at who we have behind X and Trey? One of them goes out and the season will hinge on a freshman and an unproven sophomore.

    Jim Coyle is one of the biggest moron fan boys there is. His show is mostly terrible. Even when he has good guests on, he doesn’t know when to shut up and let them speak.
