    Yes, Bally bought the FSIndiana rights when foxcorp split apart and then they raised the rates to the providers. Most services (like YTTV) refused to go along with it and it's no longer a part of their packages. There was talk of a Bally Sports streaming channel but it hasn't materialized...

    Find a stream like nba-streams.cc. It's a PITA, but it's the only way to avoid a cable sub. Not illegal to watch, but the servers are overseas because it is not legal to broadcast

    I would say REI offers the best balance of quality, service, & selection. If you live around Btown, J.L. Waters is awesome but a bit pricey (though I think that they price match most items) .
