    This is majorly false, that is your preference. Just from looking at his offers you can plainly see he wants to get old with good multi year players. Obviously that takes longer to do than getting all 5 star players who often don’t stay more than a year or two.

    I think TJD makes the biggest leap just due of the game slowing down and his confidence of experience will show. Overall, the nice thing about having an experienced team is that everybody should improve some and that alone will improve the team. Adding a good class with a really good (but young)...
