The B10 has a problem with talent and their style of play

I agree. The Big Ten refs don’t make obvious foul calls which makes defenses look better than they really are and makes offenses look worse. Come tournament time, Big Ten teams need to make a big adjustment. Sometimes they cannot. The results speak for themselves. It has been over 20 years...

    Lander or Ivey

Ivey has been a big surprise, but so have the rest of Purdue’s freshman class. Ivey’s athleticism and game remind me a bit of VO’s. If he improves his 3 point shooting, he will probably move on. My gut tells me he has one more year.

Purdue loses senior captain for the year

One thing about concussions is even after you are cleared to resume normal activity, mentally you can still be sluggish...certainly not the best situation for a QB facing a tough TCU defense.

Purdue loses senior captain for the year

Losing Bailey is devastating for Purdue. Injuries are part of the game, but it is a tall order to replace an All-Big Ten caliber player that is also a senior captain. More importantly, I feel sorry for the player.

    Another reason to hate Glass

Allen was hired to provide continuity after Wilson blew himself up. He was thrown into the fire. The players like Allen and he is a good man, a good coach, and he just finished recruiting one of IU's best classes ever. Patience. Regarding Brohm, he has exceeded expectations at Purdue...

Edwards is classless. Third round pick. NT

Carson will most likely be a late 1st round pick. While he is a little bigger, I think the NBA will view him as similar player to Yogi. A lot of people sold him short because of his size, but they missed on the intangibles.

I wish everyone would read up on Dayton...?

It is way too early to draw conclusions about Archie. If you doubt, look at the Purdue board. Some of the idiots over there think the jury is still out on Painter after 14 years.

    Romeo

If Romeo is as good as his press clippings and what thd NBA scouts think, today should benefit his development. Nojel is the very rare collegiate player that can defend Romeo one on one and expose his weaknesses. Great players use adversity to improve. Romeo is a freshman and deserves the...

    I despise Purdue.

The glass is way more than half full. Tom Allen has proven to be a great recruiter and has landed one of the best classes ever.

    David Bell Chooses Purdue

Both Purdue and IU will end up with their highest rated recruiting classes in over a decade. Good for the rivalry and good for the State. It had been a shame to watch Iowa and others beat the Hoosiers and the Boilers for top in-State talent.

Utah QB Jack Tuttle transferring to Indiana

The article and comments were interesting. Oddly, Tuttle only visited one school officially (Utah). When they changed offensive coordinators, he stuck with his commitment, enrolled early to complete for the job, ended up 3rd string as a true freshman (no shame there), and then quit mid-year to...

Utah QB Jack Tuttle transferring to Indiana

I don’t think it changes the calculus for his decision making. A transfer QB from Utah that he has never met and does not have much of a college resume is unlikely to make a difference. All of his finalists have QBs that were highly recruited, most of which have done nothing at the college...

I'm sure that I'm not the only one that has noticed things appear to look good..

Evidently, Young wanted to be a linebacker at OSU rather than a WR elsewhere. I think he also could end up as a safety. Too bad. I would have liked to see him stay in state. I think Williams will end up at IU and Bell will end up at Purdue. That appears to be the conventional wisdom and it...
