Rowing machine a good workout.
Did 8 rounds of 1:00 on, 1:00 off at the gym yesterday. I’ve been sick the last 3 weeks so this really kicked my ass. Kept it over 300 meters until the last two rounds.- FrankTGucker

Leclerc hasn’t done poorly. I haven’t seen Carlos in better form than he is now. Sainz seems to have benefited from strategy more than Leclerc as well. Who would have thought that the pit wall would actually become a strength for Ferrari? They’ve done really well this year so far- FrankTGucker

Alonso certainly did it on purpose. The shunt is still on Russell imo. Had Russell not punted himself into the wall there would not have been a penalty at all, which I find interesting. A penalty was warranted but a drive through 20 second penalty sets a pretty severe precedent for hard racing.- FrankTGucker
