    Yes decent protection was key. MSUs OL was great in pass pro despite UM having ‘two NFL DEnds’ I don’t think UM registered a sack. Also UMs DTs are just average. Scott should be able to find room between the tackles. MSU found a little and our run game sucks.

    This is correct. Bates has stated the G league isn’t the right move for everyone. For someone like him, going to MSU is the best move since he can’t go to NBA.

    NW Ran on MSU

    The long run and like 50 of their rushing yards came when we we were up 31-3 had all our backups in and they still had their starters in. They had zero run game vs our first string defense. Including us stuffing NW on 3 straight plays from inside the 2 for a goal line stand

    Official Prediction Thread: Louisville @ Indiana

    MSU choked it to Ville. Winston fouled out with 4 to go but we missed 3 free throws abs turned it over with the lead a in last 35 seconds. Ville struggles in half court offense. They’ll try to ugly the game up and score off turnovers.

    Correct, based on what I’ve seen through two games MSU has a good defense and a mediocre offense. Definitely not the pre season top 12 AP.
