Will Big Ten teams play 8 games or will B1G trend like other P5s?

Rapid testing will help us tremendously. Don’t understand why others aren’t following as well. Indiana’s campus is going to literally empty out mid November As well. That will help tremendously.

Big Ten schedule on Fox right now

Michigan State might finish last in the East. They’re awful.

Big Ten schedule on Fox right now

We’re really good this year guys. We’ll be in every single game but Ohio State. And I think we’ll hang around uncomfortably long for them. If (and it’s a big if) Penix stays healthy the sky’s the limit. Some of these schools haven’t even been working out and Penn State and Michigan have had guys...

I doubt anybody will end with a cross divisional game. The conference doesn’t want back to back identical games I imagine.

Baylor and Houston cancelled their game and not one person is Covid positive. A position group was exposed to COVID and has to quarantine. The rapid tests are going to be a sports game changer. I’m sure we’ll have to fight through false positives but the B1G should be able to field teams.

UGA with some blatant voter suppression

I have voted multiple times absentee in Indiana. All you have to tell them is you won’t be available to vote on Election Day. No valid reason is necessary. (At least in my county) And I can go to any voting center on Election Day or early voting. (Again, at least in my county) We’ve actually...

UGA with some blatant voter suppression

A serious question. Are other states not like Indiana? I can call the court office and have a ballot with postage mailed right to me, or I can go vote early for the entire month of October in multiple places around the county. I’m not limited to just 1 prescient. Same on Election Day. I can pick...

I had that thought about Duke. Vandy too. 2 schools associated with some of the highest ranked research hospitals in the US and they have no problem playing football.

    Oregon 2004

The Maryland I 4 straight plays was enough to run him out of town. At that point in my life I don’t know if I had ever been angrier.

    Oregon 2004

From what I remember it was more Oregon losing than Indiana winning. But hey, a W is a W.

Supposedly the 60% is a bylaw to overturn the previous vote. No idea if they’d let the 8 play. I would think if they shared the TV money with everyone it’d be a go.

If you believe the rumors, it’s going to come down to Purdue and Rutgers flipping and they apparently are trending that way. Michigan, MSU, Illinois, NW, and Maryland are hard no’s. If Purdue and Rutgers flip, it’s 9/14 which gives us the 60% needed to start the season. We shall see. Late...

Everyone predicted schools would be a cluster. It hasn’t been. And we’re in a 4A/5A district. So we’re not talking some district with 100 kids. CLEARLY something has changed with the coronavirus. It’s either mutated into a much less deadly strain OR nursing home deaths were so massive in the...

My kids have been in school since the 13th. No huge spikes and everything seems to be going smoothly, knock on wood. Our county actually went down in the state metrics for this week so the notion everything would explode in 2 weeks after school started wasn’t true. It’s pretty much exactly as it...

Then you’ve got his...claiming 60 deaths tied to campuses but the article has zero evidence of the claim. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2020/us/covid-college-cases-tracker.html The misinformation is just mind numbing.
