I can't imagine why else Curbelo would be transferring. Curbelo is good, maybe not NBA good, but definitely a D1 starter for most P5 teams, weird to think he needs to transfer is that's not why. Anybody know anything?

Coming up at 6 am this morning on ESPNU.

Today I read an article explaining how difficult it was for a smaller program such as St. Peter's to compete with the so called Blue Bloods." The article stated that the facilities, and budget of the "Blue Bloods" would turn any NBA G league team green with envy. The article implied that talent, facilities and budget make it inevitable that these kind of teams will triumph over the smaller schools. Does anyone know how I.U. compares to these schools in regard to facilities, and budget. From what I've read, I.U. is comparable or superior to these teams in regard to facilities and budget. The only area where I.U. is deficient is in regard to coaching and talent. Good coaching gives you success which enables a school to get better talent. That being said, isn't it true that I.U. has never had the talent level that the current "Blue Bloods" possess. Traditionally, they have always done more with less. I would like other people's opinion on this issue.

Per IU: Mike Woodson announced that assistant coaches Kenya Hunter and Yasir Rosemond will assume new roles as associate head coaches and Brian Walsh, the program's team and recruiting coordinator, will be elevated to the position of assistant coach.

We have a world wide energy crisis. There is not enough of it. This crisis is a human-caused looming disaster. That is the point of the linked article. I know, it’s written by a tradional energy advocate. He is also a full on climate change advocate, albeit, he denies the climate is in crisis. But the energy supply is in crisis.

Some take aways.

• There is no statistically meaningful change in severe weather events to support drastic climate action
• Energy shortages are causing inflation and is about to cause food shortages.
• Energy development faces enormous regulatory obstacles throughout the world limiting financing, development and production.
• Cement, steel, food, and petrochemicals are all heavily fossil fuel dependent and are vital for the modern world.
• Transition should be achieved with efficiencies, carbon capture, and nuclear.

My first thought is that they look very impressive today.
My second thought is that cheating = success. Does any other DI school have more violations pending against them? Or were they all just dropped?

Indiana is one of nearly two dozen schools to reach out to West Virginia SG transfer Sean McNeil, sources tell Rivals.

McNeil averaged 12.2 points and 37% from three last season. Career 37% shooter from deep on 4.7 attempts per game.

He just entered the portal today so just passing along. Long way to go here.

Anyone think we're on his radar?

I live in Naperville, IL and would like to know if anyone has any insight or recommendations for camps for will be 8th and 10th graders.

Looking for really good individual skill training.

Camps, trainers, strength & conditioning.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Logan Imes just committed to Penn State. Averaged almost 18 ppg at Zionsville, held offers from Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, Butler, and Creighton. Didn't have an IU offer but had been someone on the radar more with the previous staff.
