NOVEMBER PREDICTIONS - Put em Right Here

Final prediction:

Harris wins popular vote by more than 3 percent.

Harris wins EC by more than 50, but there will be some close wins in battleground states.

Trump throws a fit and doesn’t concede. Will claim voter fraud.

Dbm will cry actual tears and disappear from the board for days.

Minions will believe claims of voter fraud despite total lack of evidence.

Harris is certified winner while a MAGA protest occurs outside. Proceedings will be protected by Capitol Police and National Guard.

Trump does not attend inauguration - again.

Trump’s two federal trials will proceed and Trump is found guilty in both. Harris will commute any sentence involving prison time but won’t pardon him.

IU football finishes 11-1 and wins a game in CFP. Will be 3rd B1G team in after OSU and Oregon.

Reds win at least 90 games next season.

Libs and Progs on WC don’t like my criticism of policies proposed by Harris and/or Democrats in Congress.

We all do fine individually the next four years.

Women dominate early voting

DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you just got called out @dbmhoosier. Bowl sucks ass, obvi, but I agree with him. This last week for trump has been pathetic. Incredibly stupid. I see a Harris landslide more than a trump win with my spidey senses
I do think Harris ends up winning but I still think it’s close. I don’t see a landslide like Bowl does.

I could be wrong, of course.

Can Iu win a natty in football

IU will beat Michigan this year but come on.

There are like 4 schools at most that have the brand and recruiting ability to win a national title - OSU, UM, USC and Oregon.

IU had had a great year and will be 11-1 but you will get eventually get beaten soundly by a top SEC team.
You may be right. Then again, recruiting is a different animal these days. The inherent advantages some of these programs held are not what they were just a couple years ago.

What some mod(s) don't want you to see.

You know this forum won’t be fair until we have 20 MAGAt mods and one liberal mod. And they’ll probably still bitch about having one liberal mod.
He doesn't moderate the board, that would take integrity, he trolls libs then threatens the ones who argue back or uses his mod powers to ban them.

A thin skinned tribal troll mod should never exist. Worst mod ever on any board.

This is the video, originally posted by Bowl, then reposted by me, that stoll keeps deleting.

If anyone can come up with a rational explanation as to why this post should not be allowed to remain visible in the thread that stoll started, I'd like to hear it. I can't believe people would be good with giving a thread starter veto power over what is posted in his thread, BICBW.
Other than that video was irritating his lady bits, I can't think of a good reason.

You're really doing some lawyering on this one. 😂. I understand your point. You're thread is about the legality of the appearance itself and not about the content of the appearance.

This thread is about the content. Got it.

The skit was mildly amusing. Not a knee slapper but amusing. The Tim Kaine skit was really funny.
I anxiously await Mas and other members of the DT to call out stoll/mod for this weak-ass misuse of his "power". You know, how they do when their stupid shit gets deleted and they throw huge hissy fits.
If they're not hypocrites, that is.

We learned one thing today

Their defense is - by far - their strength and are projected to have 9 players drafted off the defense in next year's draft. Believe it, Indiana's offense will see pressure when they play OSU. Their OL - decimated by injuries - is their weakness. And the game is at OSU which will be deafening,
Well, you can yak up O$U all you want, but I’m telling you that I am very excited to see how this IU team does against them in that game. Fun to be able to look forward to it in excited expectation!

What some mod(s) don't want you to see.

Good job. That’s all you guys needed to do from the start.

SCOTUS ruling VA

Arguably our founders were more fearful about the potential power of the federal government and a king like president. Thus at the federal level we have three strong branches of government complete with checks and balances.

In addition the executive branch has career bureaucrats who over the years have frustrated power hungry presidents. On this point, it can be argued the bureaucrats by stifling the president are cancelling out the will of the people.

At the state and local level there is always the prevalent possibility of one party having a super majority which can go almost unchecked by those in the minority.

At the federal level with representatives coming from a cross section of states and local communities the likelihood of a super majority by one party is highly unlikely. In fact divided government with one of the parties controlling a branch is fairly common.

At any rate, we have what we have and somehow or other our governments have balanced the interests of the various constituents on a fairly equitable basis. Not perfect, but not all that bad.
I do not think the balance of Federal power would be changed all that much with the repeal of the 17th. What I do think would change is the quality of those in congress.

10th in Coaches Poll/8th in AP Poll

I have no quibble with 8th. That's where we belong.
Beat Michigan soundly, we might just bump up a notch or two.
Beat Michigan and OSU, we'll be in the top four.
I can’t blame voters for being a tad gun shy to put IU in the top 5.

The last time this happened Hoosier Nation was all indignant about being “disrespected” with only getting the Outback Bowl against a low ranked team, and Ole Miss embarrassed us.

That was only 4 years ago.
