Amy Wright, mother of Bitty and Beau who happen to have Down syndrome, opened a coffee shop. Bitty and Beau's Coffee in Wilmington, NC, currently employs 40 people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The best line of her brief acceptance speech--in fact, one of the most touching lines I have ever heard:
To my two youngest children, Bitty and Beau...I would not change you for the world; but I will change the world for you.
