Ex Hoosier commit, Maurice Swain, is a Top 25 JUCO prospect. He is choosing from Auburn, Miss St and KY.

•Auburn is the slight favorite over Mississippi State for the No. 5 rated defensive tackle Maurice Swain, but Kentucky got the last official visit. Both the Tigers and Bulldogs feel good coming into the decision while sources in Lexington think he's headed elsewhere.


It is sad that he never made it to IU.

He committed to Auburn but there's still questions academically. We didn't re-recruit him and I would guess it's because of academic concerns.

The bad news is that there's been 3 murders near Auburn's campus

over the last 3 years, including one as recent as the last ten days.

if he picks Auburn, hopefully he won't be living/visiting at that same apartment complex.

Everybody saw the talent, we were the only one to offer a for sure non-qualifier
