Because of the imbalance in the number of games because of cancellations, a sweep would put IU up by percentage points at .545 to .541 over OSU. Maybe I'm wrong about it, but I think they go by percentage and not the number of wins. A lot of things would have to happen, but should both Mich St. and Maryland get swept, the same would apply to them if IU was able to get their sweep.
