and we have gotten some of the rust off without being put in a "hole" so to speak. 4-4 is a whole lot better than 2-6 at this point. Some of the hitting is starting to come around and I am pretty pleased with the pitching so far. Looking like maybe the start of an awesome season!

It certainly looks that way right now. Let's see how things work out in the East Carolina tournament this weekend, and we face the host team in the first game which is a pretty good team.

I might add that East Carolina is No. 9 in one of the polls, but just got shut out by a good Duke team 9-0 in a midweek game to move their record to 5-2 on the season so far leading up to our game with them on Friday.
