D1Baseball had both Iowa and IU as the only two teams in the field in their preseason projections, but they have bailed on both schools right now. They have Nebraska, Rutgers and Maryland making the field at this point in the season.

I hate the thought there’s something amiss, but man, it’s hard to explain this season any other way. Maybe they miraculously figure it out and become the NC State of baseball? The talent seems to be there.

Our pitching is atrocious. We only win when we can score 15 runs in a game.
