The physicality of this game is way above their pay grade.
Based on some of the analytics guys posts this week…it looks like Woody had tapped in to some of that research. Worked well overall outside a really bad few minute stretch.
Mbako has 8 rebounds but man has he hurt us. Missed about 4 bunnies.
I get that he probably thinks he’s NBA level. But man, there is ZERO chance he sniffs the NBA any time soon.
I hope he gets, and listens to, good advice this offseason. He needs to cash in on NIL money while he can, and use the time to eliminate glaring weaknesses. (With respect to NBA aspirations).
For all the talk about how many points IU scores in the paint there sure seem to be a lot of missed shots within two feet of the basket.
I think he may have missed 6 he should have made. Some really bad shooting from a couple of the players and down 4 at the half.
That’s been more of an issue than worrying about 3 pointers. Don’t get me wrong you do need outside shots but we miss a bunch of easy ones.
