IU have 2 wins against teams (MI & MSU) ahead of us in the standings and are 2-9 in games against them. We are 4-1 against teams (swept Rutgers) below us in the standings. Six B10 games remain; at MD and close the season hosting OSU. Time to right the ship; winning both series would put us at 10-11 and might get us into the B10 Tourney.
MN has to play at IA and MSU closes there. NE visits NW, hosts PU and closes at IL. The next 3 weeks should be fun to watch the scramble.

It's hard to be optimistic when a pitcher with a losing record and an ERA of near 6.00 completely dominates our hitters like what happened in game one yesterday. There's still hope though. Like Yogi Berra once said, it ain't over until the fat lady sings.
